ViaDialog is pleased to participate in the 2020 edition of the AI Paris conference and to present ViaSpeech, its IVR solution that includes natural language processing. ViaSpeech is the result of the integration of our artificial intelligence tools (ASR, NLP/NLU) and our knowledge of the customer relationship world, enabling our teams to develop real expertise in the field of conversational voice AI. With ViaSpeech, ViaDialog deploys a modular solution that allows the implementation of voice assistants on a large scale in less than 100 days without relying on third-party services. Based on the Telispeech transcription component acquired in 2017, ViaDialog officially announces the ViaSpeech software suite, which allows the creation and management of conversational assistants for large companies. Natively compatible with telecom infrastructure management software (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk), our solution has been designed to be deployed in company data centers with a low hardware footprint. On the occasion of AI Paris 2020, come meet our team at stand E33 and discuss with Arnaud TARRY, the head of the AI department, during the two workshops we will host. We will first present, on Monday, September 14 at 2:30 PM, in room 7, how AI allows for operational gains for your customer relationship centers through the hybridization of voice exchanges, illustrated by examples and use cases in production. Additionally, on Tuesday, September 15 at 2:00 PM, in room 6, benefit from a feedback session on the implementation of a welcoming conversational assistant on the voice servers of a large French insurer in less than 90 days.
