Come and meet ViaDialog at AI Paris 2020!

ViaDialog is delighted to be taking part in the 2020 edition of AI Paris, where we'll be presenting ViaSpeech, our natural language-enabled IVR solution. ViaSpeech is the fruit of the alliance of our artificial intelligence tools (ASR, NLP/NLU) and our knowledge of the world of customer relations, having enabled our teams to develop real expertise in the field of conversational voice AI. With ViaSpeech, ViaDialog is deploying a modular solution enabling large-scale implementation of voice assistants in less than 100 days, without the need for third-party services. Based on the Telispeech transcription brick acquired in 2017, ViaDialog is formalizing the ViaSpeech software suite for the creation and management of conversational assistants for large enterprises. What's more, on Tuesday September 15 at 2:00 pm, in Room 6, you'll hear about the implementation of a conversational greeting assistant on the voice servers of a major French insurer, in less than 90 days.
