Spotlight on ISO 22301 certification
As a reminder, the ISO 22301 standard is the international standard for business continuity management. Designed as a societal security tool in the sense of ISO 22300, it allows for the understanding and prioritization of threats to the organization.
But what does this standard consist of?
The pandemic highlighted the importance of establishing a reliable business continuity strategy. The ISO 22301 certification enables companies to strengthen their resilience and ensure that they are well equipped to continue their operations when faced with major events or incidents.
At ViaDialog, we voluntarily undertook the certification of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), and we did so because since 2004 we have been the forerunner of contact center solutions in SaaS mode.
We are particularly committed to the renewal of this certification as it allows us to demonstrate our ability to quickly recover from an unforeseen event, regardless of the severity of the situation.
That’s why all ViaDialog employees continue, since 2018, to be trained and made aware of QoS (Quality of Service). From our sales team to our administrative and financial management, all our employees have been speaking the language of “service continuity” for 4 years now.
