iso22301 standard

ViaDialog is ISO 22301 certified for the 4th consecutive year!

Focus on ISO 22301 certification

As a reminder, the standard ISO 22301 is the international standard for business continuity management. Designed as a societal security tool in the sense of ISO 22300, it enables the understanding and prioritisation of threats to the organisation.

But what is this standard?

The pandemic has highlighted the importance of having a reliable business continuity strategy in place. ISO 22301 certification allows companies to build resilience and ensure that they are well equipped to continue their business when affected by major events or incidents.

At ViaDialog, we have voluntarily undertaken the process of certification of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), and have done so because since 2004 we have been the forerunner in SaaS contact centre solutions.

We are particularly keen to renew this certification because it allows us to demonstrate our ability to recover quickly from an unforeseen event, no matter how serious the situation.

This is why, since 2018, all ViaDialog employees continue to be trained and made aware of QoS (Quality of Service) . From our sales department to our administrative and financial management, all our employees have been speaking the "continuity of service" language for the past 4 years.

One of our strong commitments is to do everything possible to be worthy of our customers' trust and to earn their loyalty over the long term!
